Did you know...well-nourished bucks begin sprouting new racks each April. Antlers can grow more than 1/2" per day. Deer are quick and skillful swimmers, often taking to water when frightened. Deer can easily swim across lakes or rivers at over 10 miles per hour.

Three Bedroom Cabin - The Whitetail

With a spacious back yard between cabin and lake, the forest is your front yard where you just might see a whitetail or two. The screened in porch of this lovely cabin offers a terrific view of the lake and the location is a great spot to do some birding, catch a glimpse of deer, and enjoy all of the experiences of a northwoods vacation. You can fish off the new dock, or do some exploring along the winding resort roads. There is plenty of room to play and picnic in the large yard. An ideal spot for a fun family vacation.

Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, The Whitetail, built in 1995, has half vaulted ceilings, 900 square feet of living space and is paneled in Jack Pine. This cabin has two queen beds and two twin beds, and will comfortably sleep six. Guests can request an air mattress. As in all of our cabins, included is a TV and VCR (no local channels), and a full-size kitchen. When you want to stay in a cozy cabin in the northwoods, this is it! We know you will enjoy it here.
