Did you know...in Canada, walleye are called pickerel, jackfish or dore´ while in the U.S. they are commonly called walleyed pike. Walleye are closely related to saugers and belong to the perch family. They are not related to pike.

Three Bedroom Cabins - The Walleye

The Walleye is like new! Remodeled inside and outside in 2001, it's clean and comfy and you can sip your morning coffee while enjoying a great view of the lake from your kitchen table or deck. This cabin has one queen bed, two twin beds, one full bed and one full sleeper sofa. Close to the beach area, the kids will love staying in this one.

A new dock beckons you to do some fishing, the loons are calling, the woods are lovely. You're in for a great vacation!

Enjoy all of the water toys when you stay at The Wilds Resort. Cruising on this tall paddle boat is just one of the many fun things to do, as one of our guests found out. Tired of paddling? Take the whole family for a cruise in our 20 foot Palm Beach pontoon. Pack a cooler with a little lunch, enjoy a leisurely trip around the lake, cast a line and troll for some walleye or northern, and enjoy the day.
